OCO is now read-only

Update to aSAP launch speed issues......as at Tuesday 27th August 10.30am

The speed issues have been fully rectified by Microsoft and everything is working much faster. The switch to OCO was only a temporary solution as we indicated and given the aSAP platform is now working very well we must now close OCO. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused over the past day.

We are receiving lots of aSAP applications via the portal so it is working as fast as we would expect now. Thanks for your continued patience we understand this has been frustrating.

18 FEBRUARY 2019 BED LEVER UPDATE - MINISTRY OF HEALTH BAND 1 LIST AND ACC SIMPLE LIST EQUIPMENT

It has been identified that the Band 1 List and Simple List Basic Standard Bed Lever has a potential risk for head entrapment. These models will no longer be supplied by Accessable. Recommendations propose that this risk is reduced/eliminated with the use of a three-bar design or a narrower equivalent with the use of a mattress strap/cleat. In conjunction with the Ministry and ACC, these recommendations have been accepted nationally by Accessable.

The Band and Simple lists had previously been updated with the Bed Lever Narrow option – this option will no longer be available. The Three Bar Design option has been added to the OCO Catalogue and is the only model available going forward. Responsibility for risk assessment to determine the suitability of equipment and correct fitting instructions remains with the clinician. If a risk is identified please arrange to order a replacement through the usual OCO ordering process.

The Catalogue tab enables you to view a range of equipment categories. 

Members of the Public are welcome to have free viewing access to equipment supported by a funding agency. You can view these products in the Catalogue however you must liaise with your authorised Assessor to see if you are eligible for the equipment and to allow an order to be placed.

Direct Order Form (EReferral)

To access the On-Line Order Form authorised users will need to log in to the catalogue and place their equipment order. Alternatively if the SIC codes are already known, the user can simply click on the eReferral link displayed on the Catalogue page and enter in these codes for their equipment order.
